Energy Management Junior Analyst

We are looking for an Energy Management Junior Analyst to support the team in the daily management of the electricity portfolio, forecasting activities, tariff analysis, and green power operations. This junior role is designed for someone at the beginning of their career who is eager to learn, contribute to portfolio monitoring, assist with reporting and analysis, and develop their understanding of energy markets in a structured and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Power Portfolio Management
- Manage and monitor the power portfolio.
- Track purchases against the company position and identify deviations.
- Support domestic commercial teams with portfolio-related analysis and insights.
- Develop and maintain client power consumption forecasts based on multiple data sources, including client profiles, historical consumption patterns, and weather forecasts.
- Prepare deviation reports and highlight relevant risks or opportunities.
- Create, manage, and optimize electricity prices and tariffs.
- Conduct competitor analysis to support pricing decisions.
- Create and configure domestic tariffs.
- Analyze margins across the client portfolio.
- Support the management of Guarantee of Origin auctions.
- Handle Guarantee of Origin cancellations and related operational processes.
