Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors reporting solutions, with a strong focus on Story Reporting.

• Act as a key contact for business stakeholders, translating reporting and dashboard needs into effective solutions.

• Build meaningful, business-oriented reports, stories, and dashboards across SuccessFactors modules.

• Analyse existing reporting environments and support the migration from legacy tools to Story Reporting.

• Provide guidance on reporting best practices, data modelling, permissions, and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams to promote data-driven decision-making.

Your Profile:

• Hands-on expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Story Reporting and a solid understanding of SAP's reporting strategy and roadmap.

• Experience with complex reports, dashboards, and analytical solutions within SuccessFactors.

• Good knowledge of legacy reporting tools such as Ad Hoc, Canvas, Table Reports, and ORD.

• Understanding of data models, role-based permissions, calculated measures, and data governance.

• Familiarity with SuccessFactors processes across Employee Central, Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Performance, Goals, and Succession Planning.

• Interest in modern analytics platforms such as SAP Business Data Cloud and SAP Analytics Cloud.

• Fluenci in English; German is a plus.
