🎯 Candidate Eligibility

We are currently considering candidates who are:

✅ F-1 OPT EAD

✅ STEM OPT EAD

✅ Green Card (GC)

Only candidates with 4+ years of relevant Data Analyst experience will be considered.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
• Use Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical analysis.
• Clean, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
• Create KPIs and metrics to measure business performance.
• Perform root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Automate recurring reports and analytical processes.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, and business teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports and dashboards.
• Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

🛠️ Required Skills

Must Have:

• 4+ years of professional Data Analyst experience
• Strong SQL skills
• Strong Python skills
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard development
• Knowledge of data cleaning, transformation, and statistical analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Snowflake
• Databricks
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• Python libraries such as Pandas and NumPy
• ETL/ELT concepts
• A/B testing
• Business intelligence and data warehousing
