- Play a key role in helping Hartpury make informed decisions through the effective management, analysis and reporting of estates and operational data
- Support the development and continuous improvement of systems that underpin the management of our diverse campus estate
- Transform complex information into meaningful insights, reports and dashboards that support operational and strategic decision making
- Work with colleagues across a variety of departments to improve data quality, enhance reporting capabilities and maximise the value of information available across the organisation
- Help identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system performance and drive efficiencies through better use of technology and data
- Support the monitoring of estate performance, space utilisation, projects and operational activities, ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely information
- Contribute to the successful management of several key business systems, supporting users and helping to develop more effective ways of working
- An analytical thinker contributing to identifying trends, solving problems and turning data into actionable insights
- Confident working with large datasets and presenting information in a clear and accessible way
- Organised, with excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Comfortable using a range of digital tools and systems and keen to explore new technologies and innovative solutions
- Able to build positive working relationships and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive individual who enjoys improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working
- Capable of managing competing priorities and delivering high-quality work to deadlines
- Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with colleagues across the organisation
