Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation on the Business Finance team, you will be responsible for leading the technical development, configuration, and integration of OneStream solutions that support enterprise financial management objectives.
- Lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of OneStream solutions for budgeting, planning, and federal government use cases
- Oversee integration of OneStream with enterprise platforms, data sources, and downstream systems to support solution performance and reliability
- Guide development teams through build activities, resolve technical issues, and maintain delivery quality across workstreams
- Support delivery within an agile software development lifecycle, including technical planning, sprint execution, testing, and release coordination
- Drive technical solution optimization, extensibility, and customization to meet client requirements and business objectives
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Active Secret clearance
- 3+ years of experience in similar EPM technology
- 1+ years of foundational EPM development or configuration experience
- Experience in relevant domains such as budgeting, planning, or federal programs
- OneStream certification progress
- Experience with similar EPM platforms that could accelerate the OneStream ramp-up
