Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid (remote + on-site) Data Analyst role based in Bengaluru. The Data Analyst will collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability for reporting and analysis. The role involves building and maintaining dashboards, generating regular and ad-hoc reports, and performing statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. The Data Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical tasks, present findings in clear, actionable formats, and support data-driven decision-making across teams. The position also includes contributing to the improvement of data models, documentation, and analytical processes.


Compensation

For Experienced Professionals (1-4 years) :

Fixed Component : INR 7-12 LPA

Variable Component : Upto 20% of Fixed


For Freshers :

Fixed Component : INR 4-8 LPA

Variable Component : Upto 20% of Fixed



Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities to interpret complex datasets and generate meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in Statistics for hypothesis testing, trend analysis, and quantitative evaluation.
  • Experience with Data Modeling to design, structure, and optimize data for reporting and analysis.
  • Effective Communication skills to present findings, create clear reports, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, and at least one data visualization platform (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience with scripting or programming languages for data analysis (e.g., Python or R) and knowledge of basic database concepts are beneficial.
