Responsibilities
- Gather, track, and analyze financial and operational data to support management decision-making.
- Monitor O&M budget performance, including variance analysis and explanations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets using Hyperion.
- Track system availability, including downtime and performance metrics.
- Analyze employee performance data, such as overtime and days off.
- Maintain incident tracking related to safety, environmental, regulatory, and compliance issues.
- Review and coordinate rate sheets and invoice processing activities.
- Support the integration of redlines into design services and track project progress.
- Ensure Maintenance of Change (MOC) processes are progressing for maintenance activities.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports, and support special projects as needed.
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or relevant work experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1-3 years of financial analysis experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Project.
- Experience in midstream energy or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn applications such as PowerBI, Oracle, PI, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present large datasets visually.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of independent work with minimal supervision.
- Effective communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Ability to work on-site at the designated location.
This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
