PMO / Business Analyst (People & Data Initiatives)

We are looking for a PMO / Business Analyst to join a strategic transformation initiative within a multinational environment.

This role goes beyond traditional PMO activities. We are seeking a proactive professional who can translate data-driven insights into actionable plans, facilitate collaboration across teams, and drive initiatives from analysis to execution.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data, trends, and performance indicators to identify opportunities and improvement areas.
• Translate analytical findings into concrete action plans and initiatives.
• Coordinate stakeholders across different functions and teams.
• Facilitate discussions, workshops, and alignment sessions to drive progress.
• Monitor action plans, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Track progress against defined objectives and KPIs.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership teams.
• Support governance activities while maintaining a strong business-oriented approach.
• Ensure clear communication and follow-up across all stakeholders.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as PMO, Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
• Experience working in transformation, continuous improvement, or business change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience tracking actions, deliverables, KPIs, and progress reporting.
• Advanced Excel and experience with reporting or dashboarding tools (Power BI is a plus).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience in People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR-related projects, or data-driven transformation initiatives.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.
