Job Description
As an Analyst, Marketing you will play a critical role in Rockwell's centralized global analytics team, serving as a key contributor is data-driven decision making across the marketing organization. While primarily supporting marketing, this role will have the opportunity to collaborate with other parts of the enterprise to deliver actionable insights, analytics, and develop intuitive dashboards to inform strategic and operational decisions.
You will report to the Manager, Data, Analytics and Reporting and work hybrid in Barcelona, Spain.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on industry and product performance, customer behaviors, and market trends. Be a trusted expert on Marketing owned/created data.
- Design interactive dashboards for industry, production and pipeline KPIs and KPMs using Power Bi, as well in-platform reporting solutions (Salesforce, Eloqua, Adobe Analytics, GA4)
- Partner with campaign leaders/crews to understand the business needs and translate them into analytical solutions
- Work closely and collaborate with data engineering teams on the management of key datasets to optimize and source for analytics
- Drive efficiency and innovation through predictive models to push automation and insights forward
- Bachelor's degree in data science, math, economics, business administration, market research, or other data-intensive field.
- Experience in Power BI
- Experience managing projects across business function teams
- Fluency in English required in write, read, and speak.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics
- 3 years experience Power Bi and programming/query languages (SQL, SOSQL, Python)
- Proficiency in excel (can perform complex functions)
- Experience in marketing and sales tech stacks including Oracle Eloqua, Dun & Bradstreet, Jira, Confluence, Seismic
- Experience with key-driver analysis, trend prediction, forecasting, and ML application.
- Knowledge of Data Compliance and Governance Best Practices and Standards
