Tourist Analyst

Job Descriptions:

• Develop executive dashboards and business performance reports.

• Monitor tourist arrivals, spending, member acquisition, conversion, and commercial KPIs.

• Ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.

• Analyze tourist behavior, spending patterns, source markets, and industry trends.

• Identify business opportunities, performance gaps, and emerging trends.

• Produce actionable insights to support business growth.

• Monitor business performance against KPIs.

• Develop forecasting models and performance outlooks.

• Conduct trend analysis and scenario planning.

• Establish reporting standards and data governance practices

• Develop executive presentation materials and management reports.

• Recommend improvement initiatives based on data analysis.

• Support business case development and investment decisions.

• Lead end-to-end data analytics projects from planning through implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business analytics capability and drive continuous improvement.

• Perform the other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related fields.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics, Commercial Analytics, Performance Management, Market Intelligence, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing executive dashboards, performance reporting, and business insights to support management decision-making.
• Experience in developing business performance metrics, KPI frameworks, forecasting models, and management reporting.
• Experience using Business Intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, SQL, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience working with large datasets, multiple data sources, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in retail, shopping mall, tourism, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer businesses is highly preferred.
• Experience presenting analytical findings and business recommendations to senior management or executive committees is preferred.
