Data Analyst

The Role

• Support a mission by transforming complex data sets into useful information to solve challenges.

• Work closely with clients to understand their questions and needs, then analyze their data-rich environments.

• Provide deep understanding of client data and advise on its strategic use for engagements, process improvement, visualization, and analysis.

• Identify, connect, and consolidate data from multiple sources across communication functions.

• Build and maintain data pipelines and connectors to automate recurring data ingestion.

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and gaps.

What You'll Need

• Experience with building interactive dashboards, reports, and data models.

• Experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data visualization, and predictive modeling.

• Experience using Microsoft Power Platform Tools such as Power Automate.

• Experience with Python including Pandas, NumPy, API integration, SQL, ETL, and ELT.

• Ability to brief senior leaders and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data.

• A Bachelor's degree and a Secret clearance.
