Application Support Analyst

We're looking for an Application Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and making technology work seamlessly behind the scenes. In this role, you'll support and enhance our ERP system (Pronto Xi) and related applications, helping our teams stay connected, productive, and supported.

Your Opportunity to Drive Change

• Providing application support and troubleshooting for Pronto Xi and other business systems.
• Investigating and resolving user requests through Jitbit, Jira and Confluence.
• Supporting testing, deployments and system improvements alongside our Development team.
• Monitoring system integrations and helping resolve issues.
• Creating user guides, documentation and training materials.
• Working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements.

Why you will thrive in this role?

• Experience in Application Support, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
• Exposure to ERP systems, with Pronto Xi highly regarded.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of integrations and APIs.
• A collaborative approach and confidence working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for learning, continuous improvement, and helping others succeed.
