About the Role

Kareer Basycs is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will analyze data, develop actionable insights, and support data-driven business decisions across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, reporting requirements, and analytical objectives.
• Identify trends, patterns, data quality issues, and anomalies, and communicate findings to business leaders.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Support A/B testing, forecasting, and ad hoc analytical requests.
• Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and documentation standards.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Python or R.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence or data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes or dbt.
• Exposure to statistical modeling, experimentation, or machine learning concepts.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000

This is the good-faith base salary range for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on relevant qualifications, experience, skills, and other job-related factors.
