RED Global, on behalf of Key Client Partner, is currently looking for experienced SAP Signavio Process Intelligence Experts / Process Mining Experts to support a strategic Business Process Management (BPM) and Process Intelligence transformation initiative.

This role is ideal for hands-on consultants who can drive process excellence, transparency, value realization, governance and data-driven continuous improvement across key end-to-end business processes.

•Role: SAP Signavio – Process Mining Expert

•Start: ASAP

•Duration: 6months+

•Location: Hybrid – Freiburg, Germany – 2/3 days per week onsite

•Capacity: Full time

•Language: English

Responsibilities;

•Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes across functions such as Finance, Procurement, HR, Sales, Operations, IT services and enterprise support functions.

•Facilitate workshops with process owners and stakeholders to identify pain points, inefficiencies, controls, process variants and improvement opportunities.

•Create and maintain process models using SAP Signavio Process Manager and BPMN 2.0 standards where relevant.

•Use SAP Signavio Process Intelligence to analyze process performance, variants, bottlenecks, rework, compliance gaps and optimization opportunities.

•Build SAP Signavio Process Intelligence dashboards for root-cause analysis, transparency and performance reporting.

•Validate data quality, variants, completeness and business meaning with stakeholders before publication.

Skills:

•5-6+ years of experience in BPM, process transformation, process excellence / operational excellence, management consulting or business consulting

•Strong hands-on SAP Signavio expertise across Process Intelligence, Process Manager, process mining and BPMN 2.0

•Experience with event-log creation, KPI definition, process performance measurement and dashboarding

•Ability to quantify value potential and support benefit/value realization tracking
