Business Data Analyst

iCare Health Solutions is seeking a Business Data Analyst to serve as a key analytics partner for operational, financial, clinical, and revenue cycle performance. In this role, you will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team to translate data into meaningful insights, develop executive-level reporting, and support strategic initiatives that drive growth, innovation, and operational excellence.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the primary analytics partner to the General Manager and leadership team, translating data into strategic business decisions.
• Analyze operational, financial, clinical, and revenue cycle performance to identify growth, profitability, and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, forecasts, scorecards, and Monthly Business Review reporting that improve visibility and accountability.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance across departments and teams.
• Support strategic initiatives including market expansion, acquisitions, premium service growth, and operational optimization.
• Enable leaders to make faster, more informed decisions through reliable, data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of data analytics experience, preferably in finance or a financial function within a healthcare organization.
• Advanced Excel expertise, including Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas, and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical experience evaluating large datasets and presenting recommendations to leadership.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar platforms.
• Strong business acumen with budgeting, forecasting, KPI development, and performance management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into executive-level insights.
• Self-starter with a strategic mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and a bias for action.

Preferred Qualifications

• FP&A experience within multi-site healthcare organizations, specialty practices, Ambulatory Surgical Centers, or hospitals.
• Revenue Cycle Management analytics experience, including AR, collections, denials, reimbursement, and payer performance.
• Experience developing executive-facing dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and Monthly Business Review materials.
• Healthcare operations experience with the ability to connect financial, clinical, and operational performance trends.
