Location: Mostly Remote Preferred with 3 days per month onsite in Denver; will consider fully remote

Compensation: $34/hr - $39/hr W2

An industry-leading healthcare provider is looking for a data-savvy analyst to join their product team and drive data-driven insights across core platforms. If you thrive on transforming raw healthcare and product data into actionable visual analytics, automating complex reporting workflows, and partnering closely with product and marketing leaders, this is the opportunity for you.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

• Design & Maintain BI Dashboards: Develop, publish, and refine interactive Tableau reporting suites to track core product performance and user engagement metrics.
• Drive Product & Marketing Insights: Collaborate with product marketing teams to analyze user adoption trends, evaluate campaign reach, and measure feature release success.
• Automate Core Workflows: Streamline manual reporting procedures, optimizing operational efficiency around platform usage and provider workflow tracking.
• Perform Advanced SQL & Ad-Hoc Analytics: Write robust queries to validate data integrity, troubleshoot discrepancies, and deliver fast-turnaround analytical support for product managers.

Here’s what our ideal candidate has:

• Proven Track Record: 2 to 4 years of experience delivering impactful business intelligence, product operations, or data analytics solutions.
• Strong Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in SQL querying paired with hands-on expertise building and deploying Tableau dashboards.
• Spreadsheet & Tool Expertise: Advanced Excel modeling skills alongside familiarity with agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: A proactive, detail-oriented approach to converting ambiguous stakeholder questions into clear, structured reporting.
