About The Role

We're looking for a commercially minded Business Controller to partner with Star Hospitality leaders and help drive revenue growth, pricing strategy, category performance and profitability across the business.

Reporting to the Business Control Manager - Star Hospitality, you'll turn data into insights that support smarter commercial decisions and sustainable growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyse revenue, margin, pricing and category performance to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning processes.
  • Partner with operational and marketing teams to drive commercial decision-making.
  • Develop business cases, reporting dashboards and growth initiatives.

What You'll Bring

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years' experience in commercial finance, pricing, revenue management, FMCG or hospitality finance.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling and business partnering skills.
  • Experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP or similar reporting tools.
