- Agile business analysis including story mapping, user story and acceptance criteria writing, and business process analysis
- Business system Implementation scoping, design, and approval processes from idea through to business case approval and project delivery
- Communicating complex business concepts, processes and ideas, and providing high-quality written and oral documentation that helps describe these areas through tools such as Miro or PowerPoint.
- Analytics capability such as Excel, SQL and PowerBI
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst working in a corporate environment. Experience in consulting or professional services is advantageous, however, your ability to show how your experience is relevant to the experience listed above is most important.
- A good understanding of core technology and enterprise architecture concepts through practical experience and knowledge of technology trends, e.g., Mobility, Cloud, Digital, AI etc.
- The ability to confidently tackle ambiguous problems by structuring an approach in a logical flow with appropriate presentation and storytelling skills (e.g. the ability to generate and present at Steering Committees, Executive Teams and Boards)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a range of both technical and non-technical stakeholders while building long-lasting and valuable relationships
- Experience designing, facilitating and translating outputs of workshops with broad stakeholder groups to get alignment and agreement on key decisions and investments
- High-quality written communication skills, with the ability to use these skills to produce a broad range of outputs and deliverables that help communicate solutions and rationale to our clients.
- Hands-on experience developing compelling reports and analytics using Excel and/or PowerBI, with a focus on ensuring these reports and well-understood and meaningful for business stakeholders.
