Through this partnership, the wiq team harnesses the best of Woolworths Group and Quantium data science and analytics talent to reimagine retail by solving the most complex problems using AI and analytics. As a team, we leverage Agile ways of working to help our team develop their skills while also making sure our team is focusing on solving the most complex problems for both our customers and team.

The purpose of the wiqNZ team is to unlock the power of data to imagine retail, which contributes to making Kiwis’ lives a little better every day. We work closely with all WWNZ business units, as well as with the broader WIQ team.

What you’ll do

As the Campaign Delivery & Insight Manager, you’ll lead the Campaign Excellence squad in the wiqNZ Strategic Insights team to run and report on customer campaigns across Everyday Rewards, eCom, and commercial partner channels. Day to day, that means keeping audience targeting running smoothly, building reliable performance reports, and turning post-campaign analyses into clear commercial advice that helps Woolworths NZ spend smarter and boost overall ROI. You’ll also champion AI and automation to speed up campaign ops while keeping key cross-functional partners aligned on goals and priorities.

  • Lead the Campaign Excellence squad to deliver and report on customer campaigns across Everyday Rewards, eCom, and partner channels.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution and precise targeting for all campaign audiences.
  • Build scalable reporting models to track ongoing campaign performance.
  • Conduct Post-Campaign Analysis (PCA) to extract actionable, data-driven insights.
  • Translate complex campaign data into clear advice that optimizes ROI and guides Woolworths NZ investments.
  • Champion AI and automation tools to streamline campaign operations and reporting.
  • Build and manage relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Align teams on shared campaign goals, priorities, and expected business outcomes.

What you’ll bring

You are a sharp, delivery-focused analytics leader with deep experience in retail, FMCG, and customer loyalty. Skilled in using SQL, BigQuery, GitHub, Tableau, and Looker Studio to measure ROI, incremental lift, and redemptions, with a track record of turning complex data into clear advice that drives revenue and guides executive decisions. Proven ability to navigate fast-paced environments using Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to streamline operations, prioritise high-value projects, and protect team capacity. A collaborative mentor committed to coaching analysts, working with stakeholders, and taking full ownership of high-quality delivery.

  • 7+ years experience: Customer analytics, campaign operations, or commercial insights within retail, FMCG, or loyalty environments.
  • Campaign Delivery: Proven success managing high-volume audience selection, execution quality, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Technical Analytics: Hands-on experience working in complex, data-heavy environments to deliver business insights.
  • Data Stack: Skilled in SQL, Google BigQuery, GitHub, Tableau, and Looker Studio for querying and visualization.
  • Team Leadership: Experience coaching, managing, and developing high-performing teams through business changes.
  • AI & Automation: Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, and process automation to drive operational efficiency.
