What You’ll Be Doing
Insights & category management
- Deliver insights and reporting to drive Grocery channel performance
- Use shopper and category data (e.g. Nielsen, Quantium) to inform decisions
- Support planning cycles, customer reviews, and product launches
- Identify risks early and recommend actions
- Support Grocery strategy and annual planning
- Turn insights into clear commercial recommendations
- Contribute to customer plans and joint business planning
- Partner with Revenue and Trade Marketing teams
- Act as key category contact for Grocery customers
- Lead category conversations and identify growth opportunities
- Deliver recommendations across range, pricing, promotions, and space
- Align closely with internal teams
- Support Category Vision across Domestic Beer brands
- Partner with Brand and Trade Marketing teams
- Contribute to NPD and trade presentations
- Recommend improvements across volume, distribution, pricing, and performance
- 5+ years’ experience in category, sales, or marketing (FMCG preferred)
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Clear communication and presentation skills
- Experience using scan data tools (e.g. Nielsen)
- Exposure to shopper data tools such as Quantium (nice to have)
- Strong Excel capability
