Analyst

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a curious and self-motivated Analyst to join our successful JLL Healthcare team in Atlanta. The Analyst is an integral member of our healthcare-focused team and is tasked with both building and managing datasets as well as creating client deliverables which include insightful, data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with team members to support ongoing projects, often with competing deadlines, and with significant self-direction and limited oversight
• Assist in creating comprehensive studies and reports for our clients
• Ownership of many operational and administrative functions including:
• Maintaining and updating client databases with accurate, current information
• Cleaning and organizing data from various online sources
• Providing quality assurance of new datasets and sources

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., data, healthcare, business, etc.)

Experience: 1+ years of experience in a professional company environment. Healthcare and/or real estate experience is ideal but not required. Training and mentorship will be provided by members of the team.

Work Schedule: Position requires a flexible work schedule. Extended hours may occasionally be required, sometimes with minimal advanced notice.

• Strong time management and prioritization – ability to manage workload appropriately to meet competing deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Continuously identify process improvements and be solution-oriented
• Able to work in a high volume and deadline driven environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Word) with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel required
