We’re Hiring: Market Data & Intelligence Analyst – Power BI

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Market Data & Intelligence Analyst to support data-led decision-making within a dynamic regulatory environment in Ireland.

The successful candidate will analyse market data, identify key trends and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights for internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyse data to monitor key trends and developments across electronic communications, technology and related markets

• Design and maintain systems for data collection, processing and analysis

• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to collect and validate data

• Use analytical and business intelligence tools to support evidence-based decision-making

• Prepare reports, charts and interactive data visualisations

• Present key insights and market trends to internal and external stakeholders

• Support market analysis and wider organisational projects

• Develop and maintain data procedures in line with relevant Data Governance requirements

Essential Requirements:

• Level 8 degree in business, finance, data analytics, data science or a related discipline

• Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills

• Practical experience applying data analysis within a business or regulatory environment

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools

• Proven experience managing and delivering complex projects

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities

Desirable Experience:

• Experience using GIS software such as ArcGIS

• Previous experience within a regulatory body, government organisation, consultancy or corporate regulatory environment

• Knowledge of electronic communications, broadcasting, technology or cloud services

• Understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts
