This effort will result in a scalable solution offering four key capabilities that include but are not limited to, a secure single source of truth PI claims data repository, interactive data visualization capabilities (financial, operational, experience), integrated early alert and management remediation controls and an advanced data center that enables the use of advanced analytics and leveraging AI/ML to modernize data.
About The Role
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the development of data insights that support Payment Integrity Value Optimisation and Transformation. The intent is to create a continuous cycle where data insights from daily operations inform transformation priorities, and transformation investments strengthen our ability to execute, scale, and deliver results.
The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with the data, Transformation leaders, Data Stewards to integrate and align requirements, specifications and constraints of each element of the requirement.

What You Will Do
- Knowledge of analytical tools and techniques, especially those relating to data mining & analysis. Should have ability to handle/work on medium/large data sets
- Demonstrate solid investigative skills and maintains progress even when faced with uncertainty
- Use data expertise to analyze data and provide solutions to optimizing the performance of operations and meet transformation pillars requirements
- Develop tracking, reporting and self-serve analytical solutions to monitor trends and to drive the PIVOT transformation agenda forward
- Concisely summarize and communicate the results to key stakeholders
- Provide quality checks to ensure high standard and accurate data
- Ensure outputs are accurate, auditable, and aligned with business expectations
- Closely partner with internal customers and key stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical solutions
- Collaborate independently with SMEs and cross functional partners
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience in financial modeling, including actuarial systems or insurance pricing tools
- Proven experience working with reporting and visualisation tools (eg. PowerBI, Tableau etc)
- Demonstrated proficiency in programming using SQL, VBA, or similar coding languages
- Demonstrated ability to partner with business stakeholders to capture and document requirements
- Demonstrated solid problem-solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of the U.S. health insurance industry, particularly in claims adjudication and Payment Integrity
- Demonstrated knowledge of cloud database technologies, including Snowflake and Databricks
- Proven experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies
