Responsibilities:

• Develops and coordinates targeted campaigns for customer retention, activation and service, in collaboration with commercial and operational teams, is responsible for creating campaigns aimed at customer retention and service
• Collaborates with the Statistical Analysis Department and the Information Technology (IT) Department for the development of dashboards, databases and customer data analysis tools
• Oversees and processes large volumes of customer data, utilizing modern analysis tools and techniques
• Conducts in-depth analyses and prepares reports that provide meaningful insights into the customer base and behaviour trends
• Prepares and presents material with visualized data and findings (dashboards, presentations), supporting business decision-making
• Understands and evaluates key commercial indicators, with the aim of aligning analyses with the Organization's commercial strategy

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree from a University or College or Technological Educational Institute in Social Sciences, Sciences, Economics or Business Administration
• Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Business Administration will be considered an additional qualification
• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in positions of report production and monitoring
• Experience in customer service positions will be considered an additional qualification
• Experience in Energy or Telecommunications companies will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense, SPSS Modeler or Statistics will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of Programming languages: SQL and/or Python and/or R will be considered an additional qualification
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Internet
