Business Data Analyst

TBO.COM — Global Travel Tech Leader

We are seeking an experienced Business Data Analyst .

You’ll work closely with our Regional Analytics Lead, Revenue team, Data Integration team, and other stakeholders to develop insights, dashboards, and analytical initiatives that drive the performance of our regional business. This role requires fluent English and strong analytical skills.

What you’ll do

Performance & Insights

• Monitor regional KPIs and performance trends to ensure budget and revenue targets are met.
• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and automated alerts for business stakeholders.
• Translate BI insights into concrete business actions and clear, effective communication.

Revenue Optimization

• Analyze pricing setup and sub-unit performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track ongoing promotions and evaluate their impact on business performance.
• Develop revenue optimization tools and models to support pricing and commercial decisions.

Analytics Projects

• Lead analytical initiatives that enhance efficiency and support strategic decision-making through reporting, automation and AI.
• Work with offline and online data sources to produce accurate, statistically sound analysis.
• Capture and document business requirements using structured methodologies.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or data science (travel industry experience is a plus).
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field.
• Strong Excel and SQL skills, and hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Experience in revenue optimization or commercial analytics.
• Highly data-driven, able to convert insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python, machine learning modeling and cloud data platforms (we use AWS).
• Knowledge of ETLs and data modeling.
• Prior experience in online travel, e-commerce, or marketplace analytics.
