Senior Business Analyst (Fortune 100Co)

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across our distribution and supply chain operations. This role partners with stakeholders in logistics, inventory management, and operations to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver scalable analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and analytical solutions
• Analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover trends, optimize distribution networks, and improve operational efficiency
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to support performance tracking and forecasting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, operations, finance) to implement process improvements
• Lead project initiatives, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment support

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, preferably in distribution, logistics, or supply chain
• Advanced SQL skills (required)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data modeling
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or related field (MBA a plus)
