Senior Data Analyst – Supply Chain Optimization

Location: Hybrid | Spring, TX

Type: Full-Time


Pikemann is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in supply chain analytics, automation, and business process improvement. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming manual Excel-based reporting processes into streamlined, automated solutions using SQL Server, Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Power Automate), and Power BI.


Responsibilities:

  • Automate manual Excel reports using SQL Server, Python, and Azure tools
  • Design and build dashboards and data pipelines for KPIs and executive reporting
  • Collaborate with teams to identify process inefficiencies and optimize performance
  • Support our ERP migration by assisting with data imports, UAT, and reporting workflows
  • Translate business needs into functional, impactful reporting systems


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in data analysis (supply chain/logistics/manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong SQL, Power BI (or similar), and data modeling experience
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Azure (Logic Apps, Power Automate)
  • Python skills for data transformation
  • Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, or NetSuite
