Data Analyst

1. Responsibilities:

Data Maintenance & Reporting

• Build and manage master datasets covering store analogs, rental profiles, rent-to-revenue ratios, lease benchmarks, and site evaluation inputs to support expansion, renewal, and investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and reporting systems using Power BI and SQL, ensuring accurate, complete, and actionable data for cross-functional decision-making.
• Enhance modeling tools to evaluate key site factors, forecast revenue, estimate CAPEX, and assess Box of Economy (BOE) for new store opportunities.

Store Performance Analysis

• Conduct quarterly performance reviews for new and existing stores, comparing post-opening results against forecasts to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate store performance ahead of contract renewals, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations to support go/no-go decisions.

Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting

• Partner with Site Analysis, Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams to align data requirements, business assumptions, and strategic priorities.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses on expansion, renewal, and store performance diagnostics to support timely business decisions.

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in market research, marketing, sales analytics, F&B, retail, or site analysis.
• Strong knowledge of retail real estate, market research, financial analysis, large datasets, and analytical modeling.
• Proficient in Power BI and SQL, with the ability to build dashboards, automate reports, and translate complex data into business insights.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
