- Design and deploy analytics and visualization solutions.
- Obtain and analyze raw data from multiple disparate sources to perform core job duties and to answer questions posed by internal or external customers.
- Develop reports and analytics according to requestor requirements.
- Develop concise summaries of analytical exercises and clearly define recommendations and next steps
- Ability to write SQL queries to analyze and extract data from database and warehouse.
- Ability to create flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate how the data will be modeled, sourced, transformed, stored, and presented.
- Compile and analyze data, interpret trends, fluctuations, and other changes.
- Contribute to the management and design of the business intelligence and data warehouse environments, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Consult with business partners and their teams to challenge current processes by asking targeted questions and interpreting ambiguity through deepened knowledge of business function needs and reporting opportunities.
- Unearth insights from large and diverse sets of data to tell compelling stories through dashboards and visualizations, guiding strategic decision-making.
- Ability to self-track and manage projects and tasks in agile tools.
- Continuously improve modeling data for actionable insights and processes improvement.
- Participate in finding and implementing technology solutions and business processes by providing requirements documentation, use cases, subject matter expertise, and design input.
- Education/Degree Required- Bachelor's Degree at College or University is required.
- Years of Experience Required- Requires minimum (2) two years of experience as a data analyst with proven experience with business intelligence, and data manipulation tools.
- Knowledge/Skills Required- Analytical Skills: Data analysts work with large amounts of data: facts, figures, and number crunching. You will need to see through the data and analyze it to find conclusions.
