Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in facilitating demos, meetings, and training sessions
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
- Ability to analyze healthcare data and translate findings into actionable recommendations
- Ability to explain complex information clearly to customers, brokers, employees, and internal teams
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers and team members
- Ability to learn and work within internal systems, wellness platforms, reporting tools, CRM/task-management tools, and vendor portals
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, public health, wellness, communications, data analytics, or a related field
- Experience in employee benefits, wellness programs, healthcare analytics, or customer service
- Familiarity with data analysis, report preparation, and presenting findings
- Experience with Personify Health or similar systems
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and handling sensitive information
Must have the ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening.
