Data Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Data Analyst with experience working with healthcare data to support data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze data.
• Work with large and complex healthcare datasets to ensure data accuracy and quality.
• Use AI coding tools to assist with writing, reviewing, and improving code and data analysis.
• Build reports and provide data-driven insights to support business and operational decisions.
• Work with internal teams to understand data needs and develop solutions.
• Identify data issues and help troubleshoot and improve data quality.
• Document data processes, queries, and analysis.
• Support ad hoc reporting and data analysis requests as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with healthcare data.
• Strong expertise in SQL, including the ability to write complex queries to extract, aggregate, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools or AI platforms to support development and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with common data models.
• Experience with healthcare data standards and structures.
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.
