Business Intelligence & Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-driven Business Intelligence & Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that drive customer engagement, marketing effectiveness, and business growth. This role will work closely with Marketing, Customer Loyalty, Operations, and Business stakeholders to develop reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Insight

• Analyze customer, marketing, and operational data to identify trends, behaviors, opportunities, and risks
• Generate actionable insights that support customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and revenue growth
• Perform ad hoc analyses to answer business questions and support strategic initiatives

Business Intelligence & Reporting

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
• Monitor key business and campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting to stakeholder

Campaign & Customer Analytics

• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and loyalty campaigns and recommend optimization strategies
• Segment customers and identify opportunities for personalized engagement and targeted campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field
• At least 2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Customer Analytics, or Marketing Analytics
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar visualization platforms.
• Experience with Python and/or R is an advantage
• Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure, is preferred
