Associate Data Analyst

The Role

• Collect and interpret data from various sources including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
• Extract data from enterprise sources like Snowflake, Azure SQL, SAP, and APIs for analysis and reporting
• Develop and implement data collection systems and strategies to optimize data quality
• Build and maintain data pipelines and datamarts for consolidating consultant, customer, sales, and commission data
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to provide leadership insights
• Conduct in-depth analysis of structured and unstructured datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel

What You'll Need

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a technology or business field
• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in statistical analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and SAS
• Ability to effectively track and communicate the status of team initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
