Cost Control Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor on a daily basis Contractor progress including costs of materials delivered, materials installed, materials dredged, labor resources employed, equipment resources utilized and other statistical management.
2. Verify the contractor’s monthly request for payment derived from surveyed completed fill quantities.
3. Development and provision of data and information to produce progress reporting and monthly schedule status.
4. Assist as required the development of budgets and costs-at-completion.
5. Accumulation of statistical progress and resource data on a daily basis.
6. Provide Quantity estimates for progress payment purposes and update final quantity estimates based upon actual progress data.
7. Variation analysis and estimates, and Analysis of costs of delay as required. Cost analysis of alternative means and methods as required.
8. Provision of progress data for schedule purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's of Engineering.
• Good level of English is a must.
• 20+ years of experience.
