OPEX BI Analyst/ Continuous Improvement Analyst

The successful candidate will help develop scalable reporting solutions, provide business insights through data analysis, support LMS administration and reporting activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across multiple European countries.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring tools.
- Analyze operational, productivity, and business performance data to support decision-making.
- Manage and improve reporting solutions used across multiple European countries.
- Work with large datasets using Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality.
- Support LMS administration activities, including user management, reporting, and data analysis.
- Assist with content management and system maintenance activities.
- Monitor LMS performance metrics and produce relevant reports.
- Support end-user adoption and training initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and business process optimization initiatives.
- Assist in documenting processes, creating training materials, and supporting knowledge transfer activities.
- Support the deployment and adoption of scalable digital solutions across Europe.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Operations, IT, HR, and Operational Excellence teams to identify improvement opportunities and deliver solutions.
- Experience with Power BI, including data modelling, dashboard development, and KPI reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and database structures.
- Knowledge and practical understanding of Artificial Intelligence tools and their application in business environments.
- Experience with or knowledge of LMS, including user administration, content management, and reporting.
- Ability to document processes and create user-friendly training materials.
