Snr Financial Analyst

100% ON SITE - Local in ABQ, NM. Senior Financial Analyst – Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for a Contract-to-Hire opportunity. This role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and providing actionable insights to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong General Ledger/accounting knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience. Healthcare industry experience is highly preferred, and experience with Sage Intacct is a major plus, though not required. Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools is also a plus. A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Salary is 88-92k depending on experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and reporting.
• Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of general ledger structure and core accounting principles.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work efficiently with large data sets and complex models.
• Experience in healthcare finance is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct is an advantage, and experience with business intelligence platforms such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
• Proven ability to communicate financial findings clearly and provide actionable insight to senior leadership.
