Tableau BI & Data Analyst

In this role, you will partner closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, define KPIs, and design intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards, translating complex data into compelling visual stories, and ensuring reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business priorities.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Reporting, Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development and data visualization.
• Experience gathering requirements, defining KPIs, and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Solid SQL knowledge and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Passion for data storytelling and driving business impact through insights.
• Advanced verbal and written English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Power BI, Looker, or other BI platforms.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Azure, or BigQuery.
• Experience with Python, ETL/ELT concepts, or analytics automation.
• Tableau certifications or advanced analytics certifications.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience in Business Intelligence, reporting, analytics, or business-facing data roles may also be considered.
