Data Coordinator -II

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Coordinator to support manufacturing and new product launch activities. This role focuses on tracking project milestones, analyzing data, developing dashboards and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track project schedules, milestones, and launch readiness activities.
• Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple departments.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, reports, and executive presentations.
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks, delays, or performance gaps.
• Maintain accurate databases, tracking systems, and documentation.
• Support cross-functional meetings, reviews, and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 2+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
