Job Description
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, conduct analysis and share actionable insights to support data-driven business decisions
- Manage and support data requests from all Monee departments, delivering accurate reports, dashboards, or analysis within SLA timelines
- Develop, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio, Google Sheets).
- Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to generate insights for the relevant departments
- Support business growth plans through close monitoring and analysis of marketing performance, sales conversion and ad-hoc projects based on business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics or similar roles, experience in Financial Services, Fintech or Payments industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data extraction and analysis is mandatory
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analytics and modeling is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize complex data.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to structurally present data findings to internal stakeholders
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
