Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst who will take ownership of end-to-end analytics and play a key role in driving data-backed decision-making across the organization.

This is not just a reporting role — you will work closely with product, growth, and leadership teams to analyze complex datasets, uncover actionable insights, and influence strategic decisions.

RequirementsKey Responsibilities

• Analyze large, multi-source datasets to generate actionable business insights
• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, KPI frameworks, and reporting systems
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on revenue, customer behavior, and operational performance
• Develop and optimize SQL-based data models, queries, and workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and leadership teams to support decision-making
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting systems

• 3–6 years of experience as a Data Analyst (startup experience preferred)
• Strong expertise in SQL (advanced joins, aggregations, query optimization, complex data handling)
• Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel
• Working knowledge of Python (data cleaning, basic automation, scripting)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Zoho Analytics, or similar
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Someone who goes beyond dashboards and asks “why” behind the data
• Ability to translate data into clear business narratives and recommendations
• Strong bias for action and ownership
• Comfort working in an unstructured, high-growth startup environment
