A fast-expanding healthcare innovator in the Indian orthopaedic and musculoskeletal care sector, we’re building high-impact clinical teams to deliver precision surgery, faster patient recovery, and next-gen joint & trauma solutions across tier-1 and tier-2 cities. Our surgeons work with AI-assisted planning tools, robotic-assisted platforms, and integrated rehab protocols — transforming orthopaedic care delivery at scale for a growing patient base.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist senior consultants in pre-op planning, intra-operative execution, and post-op recovery protocols for joint replacements, trauma, and spine cases.
  • Participate in daily ward rounds, document patient progress, and prepare discharge summaries under supervision.
  • Perform minor surgical procedures, wound care, and fracture immobilisations under delegated authority.
  • Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and anaesthetists to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Attend daily case discussions, M&M meetings, and surgical audit reviews to improve clinical outcomes.
  • Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control standards, and documentation timelines using our digital EMR system.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • MBBS completed with valid NMC registration
  • DNB Ortho / D.Ortho / MS Ortho (freshly passed or awaiting results)
  • Basic life support (BLS) certification
  • Proficiency in patient documentation using digital EMR systems
  • Familiarity with orthopaedic instruments, traction, and basic fracture management
  • Clear understanding of aseptic techniques and OR protocols

Preferred

  • Exposure to arthroplasty or trauma surgery rotations during residency
  • Basic knowledge of robotic-assisted or navigation-guided ortho surgery
  • Prior internship or observership in high-volume orthopaedic centres
