Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle & Records Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee profiles and documentation in our HR system (Workable).
- Support administrative processes across the entire employee lifecycle (onboarding, internal transfers, terminations, and status changes).
- Ensure document compliance and structured digital archiving.
- Time Tracking & Attendance:
- Track and monitor working hours, absences, and leave records via Uattend.
- Coordinate with department managers and employees to resolve any time tracking or timesheet discrepancies.
- Payroll Preparation Support:
- Consolidate and prepare monthly/bi-weekly payroll input data (working hours, leaves, status updates) for the Finance/Payroll team.
- Help resolve payroll-related data discrepancies to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Internal HR Communications:
- Draft and distribute clear, timely company-wide announcements on HR policies, procedural updates, organizational changes, and lifecycle events.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR procedures.
- HR Reporting & Process Optimization:
- Maintain HR operational databases and prepare periodic HR reports.
- Assist in refining operational workflows, HR templates, and administrative standards
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus).
Languages: Fluent Russian and English (C1+ level) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Software & Tools:
- Experience with HRIS & ATS platforms (e.g., Workable).
- Experience with time-tracking systems (e.g., Uattend).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office (especially spreadsheets/Excel).
- Familiarity with task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana).
- Exceptional attention to detail and process discipline.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
