Summary: The Test Engineer ensures the resilience, reliability, and regulatory compliance of all systems impacted by the company system migration initiative. This role leads comprehensive testing cycles—functional, regression, performance, and disaster recovery—designed to validate system behavior under high volume financial transaction loads. Through disciplined defect management and automation, the engineer safeguards production readiness and reduces risk across critical banking workflows

Focus: Quality Assurance & Performance Validation

Core Responsibilites:

• Execute the full test stack: SIT, UAT, Performance (throughput/latency), and Disaster Recovery (DR).
• Utilize C# TestStack for automated regression and functional testing
• Conduct volume testing (up to 200% of daily volume) to ensure system stability
• Manage defect classification, severity tracking, and exit criteria enforcement

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of automation testing experience and 5 years of manual testing experience
• Background in automated testing frameworks for high-volume transaction systems
• Familiarity with financial compliance routing (Legal/Brand review triggers)
• Experience querying databases to test data centric features
• Strong analytical, organizational, time management, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
