About the Position

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the daily management of the warehouse QC team, including staff scheduling, attendance management, work assignment, and on-site coordination.
  • Manage quality inspection of inbound goods, review inspection results, follow up on non-conforming items handling, returns, and ensure closure of exceptional cases.
  • Manage procedures related to sampling inspection, verification, and authenticity identification for special items, including receiving, inspecting, recording information, uploading documents, and following up on results.
  • Coordinate with warehousing, operations, and relevant partners to facilitate timely resolution of quality issues and ensure smooth business processes.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality inspection standards and procedures, provide training and guidance to the team, and continuously improve inspection quality and efficiency.
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned by supervisors.


Job Requirements:

  • Diploma degree or above.
  • Proficient in both Chinese and English for communication and collaboration with local teams.
  • Proficient in common office software such as Excel and Word, with basic data processing skills.
  • Strong learning ability, able to quickly master business processes, system operations, and quality standards.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, with good professional ethics and strong execution skills.
  • Possess good communication and coordination skills and a sense of team management.
  • Relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, e-commerce, retail, or quality management is preferred.
