About This Role
As a Marketing Manager within the Polish marketing team, you'll be a key contributor to driving brand success, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing Poland. Your primary focus will be driving market presence through high-impact execution and local trade activation. Your responsibilities include ensuring all marketing initiatives are tailored to meet our objectives in our major cities in Poland. This involves executing solutions to increase market share, highlighting key supply, and delivering impactful on-the-ground activations to ensure a strong brand presence across all relevant customer touchpoints.
Our goal is to deliver best-in-class marketing initiatives and campaigns that target our local audience. The role requires a strong understanding of local consumer behaviour in major cities, driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and retention through city-specific campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food delivery or tech industry and a proven track record of managing and executing marketing efforts tailored to regional dynamics.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Implement and manage the annual media plan, focusing on activations in major Polish cities to ensure alignment with local food preferences and market trends.
- Drive the execution of local activation strategies (including trade marketing elements) that are tailored for high-impact results in urban markets.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns to grow customer bases, driving user acquisition, engagement, and order frequency in urban areas.
- Work closely with local teams, agencies, partners, and HQ teams (Creative Studio, CRM, Digital, PR) to roll out and execute campaigns seamlessly across all touchpoints.
- Define KPIs to measure campaign success, analyse performance, and identify local opportunities to boost ROI and market share growth.
- Spend your time on the ground, actively visiting locations to ensure flawless campaign execution and gather real-time insights for optimization.
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken); strong knowledge of the Polish market (Warsaw market knowledge is a plus).
- Marketing experience (3+ years preferred), with a strong background in local marketing, execution, activation, or trade marketing.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and flexible to travel as needed.
- Independent, proactive, problem-solving, and data-driven with strategic thinking and creative instincts.
- Strong prioritisation, planning, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage projects and evaluate results.
- Positive attitude, open-minded, and adaptable with a test-and-learn approach.
