About the opportunity
As a Customer Care Specialist, you will support customers across the Nordic, Benelux, and UK markets, ensuring smooth order processing and high-quality customer service. Using SAP, Salesforce, and e-invoicing systems, you will manage orders, resolve discrepancies, handle returns and complaints, and maintain accurate customer data while collaborating with internal teams and business partners.
Your tasks include
- Manage end-to-end customer order processing in SAP for the Nordic, Benelux, and UK markets, communicating in English and/or the relevant local language.
- Ensure invoice accuracy and resolve discrepancies using SAP and e-invoicing systems.
- Handle customer returns and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Maintain and update customer data to ensure accuracy and integrity across relevant systems.
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat using Salesforce, providing professional and timely assistance.
- Collaborate with business partners and internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and support smooth operational processes.
- Contribute to maintaining strong customer relationships and a consistently high level of service.
Your profile
- Good command of English, both written and spoken, at a minimum B2/C1 level.
- Knowledge of an additional language such as Finnish, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Dutch is an advantage.
- Experience with SAP or another ERP system is an asset.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach with good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, business partners, and internal teams.
- Openness to work under a limited-term employment contract for 1 year.
