What You´ll Do

  • Oversee and manage engineering and maintenance initiatives across multiple sites located in Huntsville and Burk’s Falls with support at Edmonton.
  • Manage engineering projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications.
  • Oversee plant modifications, upgrades, and new installations to support production requirements.
  • Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis for equipment failures.

What makes you a good fit

  • Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in the coatings, paint, or chemical industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with demonstrated ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems and equipment.
  • Strong project management skills and experience that enable delivery of time-pressured projects to meet all schedule, budget, operational, quality, and health & safety targets.
  • Proficiency working with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.), CAD software, SAP, etc.

The salary for this role is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
