Licensed Practical Nurse

JOB REQUIREMENTS: ey Responsibilities Provide nursing care within the

Nurse Practice Act Administer medications and treatments under RN

supervision Assist with training and orientation of new staff Observe,

document, and report resident conditions and changes Support development

and implementation of individualized care plans Assign and oversee work

of Nursing Assistants Prepare shift reports and communicate updates to

supervisors Maintain resident rights, confidentiality, and safety

Participate in required in-service education Promote person-centered

care and positive resident interactions \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND

QUALIFICATIONS: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the

State of Wisconsin Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Long-term Care Experience Preferred Knowledge Of Medication

administration and nursing standards Strong communication and teamwork

skills Ability to supervise and coordinate Nursing Assistant assignments

Must pass background check per Wisconsin Caregiver Law Valid Wisconsin
