Registered Nurse

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provide direct nursing care in accordance with the

Nurse Practice Act Complete assessments and update individualized care

plans Implement medical orders and collaborate with physicians and

interdisciplinary teams Supervise and support nursing staff; assist with

training and orientation Ensure accurate, timely documentation Maintain

resident rights, safety, and confidentiality Participate in required

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Long-term care experience is

preferred Must pass background check per Wisconsin Caregiver Law
