Hiring: Inspector / Surveyor – Site Supervision | Oil & Gas Project

📍 Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat

⏳ Project Duration: 24 Months

🏗️ Project: Installation of Gas, Flame, Heat & Multisensor Detection System at 18 GGS

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Supervise and inspect installation, fabrication, testing and commissioning activities.

Perform Third-Party Inspection (TPI) and quality surveillance at site and manufacturer/fabrication premises.

Review and verify ITP, ITR, QMP, QAP, QCP and other quality documentation.

Verify materials, equipment and workmanship against approved drawings, specifications and applicable standards.

Monitor fabrication, welding, NDT, dimensional inspection, surface preparation and coating activities, as applicable.

Inspect Instrumentation, Electrical and Civil/Structural works, with Mechanical/Piping inspection as required.

Witness/review FAT, SAT, testing, calibration and inspection activities.

Review inspection records and prepare/issue inspection reports and release documentation.

Monitor project progress, quality and safety compliance.

Verify site measurements, completed works and as-built documentation.

Identify, monitor and close Punch Points / NCRs and support pre-commissioning & commissioning activities.

Maintain inspection reports, site records, attendance and man-day certification.

Participate in project/review meetings and provide inspection-related inputs.

🎓 Qualification & Experience

Option 1: Engineering Degree + minimum 5 years relevant experience OR

Option 2: Engineering Diploma + minimum 10 years relevant experience

Candidates should have:

Relevant experience in Third-Party Inspection / Certification.

Experience in onshore Oil & Gas projects.

Strong exposure to Site Supervision, Inspection and QA/QC activities.
